These Industrial chemical blenders are used for homogeneous mixing of powder and granules. It is available in various shape as per requirement such as U blender, Octagonal blender, Conical blender. Figure shows u blender, which includes double ribbon blade, which mixes powder, and brings all material at center from each and every corner. Bottom discharge with butter fly valve.

Construction : It is available in stainless steel 304 / stainless steel 316 mixture body and shaft and mounted on mild steel frame body. Complete stainless steel body is also available.

Capacity : 100 kg to 2000 kg capacity.

Other pharmaceutical equipments are round steel pendents, square steel pendents, stainless steel pipe line assembly, stainless steel hoppers, stainless steel pallets, stainless steel frame, turning table. The above all Products are designed as per the requirement of client.

Stainless Steel Storage Tanks are used for storing semi-finished, finished products, by-products or fuels in different industries. These storage tanks can withstand high pressure and thus are suitable for both liquid as well as gaseous products. Depending on the size of the vessel & transportation logistics, we can fabricate the units either in the workshop or at the site of the process plant as per the client's requirement.

Storage tank will be fabricated in stainless steel or carbon steel as per client requirement. Rubber lining or glass lining tank can also be fabricated for diesel storage tank or acid storage tank as per client requirement of capacity; 100 litre to 20,000 litre.

We fabricate chemical reaction vessels (Simple as well as high pressure reaction vessels) having salient features as :

• These reactors could be Body flanged type and / or Mono Block.
• Reactors would be jacketed and / or limpet with both heating and cooling arrangements and / or with internal coils for heating and cooling as desired by the clients.
• These reaction vessels would be provided with proper type of agitation as per client‘s requirements and design agitator also if party so desires.

We have fabricated vessels for 10 Kg / sq cm 2 working pressure and vessels which could stand temperatures up to 200 ⁰C.

We fabricate in Mild Steel, Stainless Steel 304, Stainless Steel 304L, Stainless Steel 310, Stainless Steel 316, Stainless Steel 316L, Stainless Steel 317 and Carbon Steel as per requirement of the customer

We fabricate Lead Lined Reactors & Rubber Lined reactors also. Note: we undertake design of these reactors if desired by the party.

We provide Reactors with sealing arrangements as mechanical seals, stuffing box with / without cooling arrangements and with magnetic drives.

Reactors are fabricated as per standards i.e ASME, DIN etc.
